At St Monica's Roman Catholic Primary School, we believe every child has the potential to be a leader and make a positive difference to our school and wider community.

Through roles such as our GIFT Team, Caritas Ambassadors, Librarians, Online Safety Ambassadors, Laudato Si’ Eco Club, Golden Thread Ambassadors, and Sports and Play Leaders, pupils are empowered to take responsibility, share their voices and put their faith into action.

Guided by our school mission statement, we recognise that we are all cherished members of God’s family and strive to love, care for and support one another, trusting God to guide us in all we do and say.

Following the example of St Monica, we encourage our young leaders to demonstrate kindness, compassion, perseverance, respect and service to others. These opportunities develop valuable skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, decision-making and confidence, enabling every child to flourish as they love, learn and grow into the people God calls them to be.
